Im 19..nothing special.Dont know what my single rep maxes are
Squat-275x20.To parallel with belt
Axle clean and press-155x13
Deadlift-315x22,455x3 with belt
Nothing great,I just do what I can.For the past year or so Ive trained for strongman competitions.I didnt train right until a little over a year ago.Wish I would have knew to stick with the big movemens since the beginning
 
I'm in my teens......lol

weight 150 lbs, age = 15

bench = 170

squat = 200

Deadlift = 190

are those numbers good?

bench - previous PR of 305, probably 325+ with a good shirt. i plan on hitting 400 before i turn 16
 
17, 172 lbs - Been lifting hard about 5 monthes

Bench: 225x4 (never maxed) Unfortuantely i injured my wrist so i lost over a month and LOTS of strength
Squat: 225x6 (only tried it once, won't do it until i grow a little taller)
Deadlift: Waiting to grow a little more

I'm too worried to hurt my back this early in life. :(
 
well your back's gonna hurt after squats and deads no matter how old you get. you think it'll be safer when you're taller? buck up, learn proper form, and get squatting. listen to your body and you won't get injured.

i love power lifting but im a basketball player so i have to do alot of endurance stuff.
hopefully i can getm ore into powerlifting an football but basketball is such a good sport.

well I'm 15 6' 2" 153

squat ? I have a bench rack from which to squat with, so it's really hard to unrack the weight, I got to 110x3 before I couldn't unrack it anymore
