For mine, nothing beats a mashed banana. When cutting, you'd need to limit them though.
Each morning I mix half a mashed banana, chopped apple, a couple of chopped strawberries and a tablespoon of blueberries with my oatmeal cooked in water, flavouring (usually vanilla extract or peppermint oil), stevia/splenda and a small amount of milk/a tablespoon of yoghurt. Taste = delicious.
