even them pools like these are not as accurate as people make them out to be. Sure you can call 100,000 random people and ask who they are going to vote for. But lets say you call 75000 dems unknowingly. How is this poll fair?

It's not, and that's the beauty of researching public opinion. Results can never be 100% accurate, scientifics merely spend their lives trying to find ways to minimize errors and biases to the point of splitting hairs.

AMEN!! I am a huge Ron Paul supporter. Even being a poor college student, I mustered up 50$ worth of protein money to send to his campaign. This is our only hope. To the people who keep saying he doesn't have a prayer of winning, I just want to tell you that you are perpetuating the trend we have of outsiders and real reformers from ever having a chance. Maybe we'll get lucky and he'll bolt after the primaries and run on the Libertarian ticket.

He's not likely to bolt. He's done that before and the Libertarian ticket didn't get very far. In fact, he's gone a lot further as a Republican than he ever went as a Libertarian.

The only way Ron Paul stands a chance is if his supporters vote in the Republican primary - and then it's a long shot. He's still got to beat through the smack of Giuliani, Thompson, and Romney (who will probably win because he's the most popular candidate with the most in common with the people who put Bush in office). Brownback isn't known well enough and probably doesn't have enough moral flaws to appeal to the Republican power elite.

I disagree wholeheartedly with Paul on foreign policy, deal breaker. Most important issue of our time is the war of ideas between Western culture and radical Islam. Putting our head in the sand and becoming isolationist is not going to make the issue go away.
