When I was in the Army I knew a few guys that went to Florida State, so I was down at FSU many weekends (I was like 22-23 at the time).

There was a guy there I knew who spent 17 semesters at FSU. We used to call him "the Mayor of Tallahassee". The dude knew everyone.

Yes. College will be more or less a waste of time if you don't apply yourself. Give it your all in the classroom too if you want to make the most of it.

You hit that nail on the head - the guy had (I'm not kidding) at least 35 different girls he could call at any time for "relations".

FSU women are pretty 'easy' though - I remember one night I hit the ATM for $50 and this girl who was with us was like "Holy shit that's so much money".
He wasn't especially good looking - he just knew how to talk to FSU chicks. After 17 semesters, though, you would too.
