Yohimbine

does this stuff work? i am currently taking adipokinetix but someone suggested Yohimbine to target sticky fat loss for women. and opinions?
thanks!

it works for me :)

i have used both Adipo and Yohimburn. When I take Adipo I add more cardio and that literally melts my lower body. Yohimburn is excellent for stubborn fat. It is the only thing that has helped me decrease the fat on the inside of my knees and the butt/hamstring tie-in. Just be careful not to use too much, because in this case more is not better... I learned that the hard way :)

wow millie, thanks for the info! is there any special brand that you recommend? and how much of it should i take?
i know, i hear ya with that stubborn fat. i mean, i hate my thighs! people on the boards are always yelling at me telling me i cant target fat loss and i understand that. but i know there are some supplements that will help along the process.

Chloe,

for topical yohimbine, I have only used Yohimburn and I am happy with the results I got. It's not a miracle product, but it does help, as long as you keep your diet and training in check. Without the proper diet and training you will just be wasting your money. Stacking it with ECA or NYC works even better.

Millie...so you think if i continue with the adipo, my NEW and improved diet :) and the yohimburn that i should start seeing better results? that yohimburn i heard worked! but will the results last ya think?

Results will last as long as you remain committed to a healthy eating lifestyle. Yohimburn can help but so would lipsuction and cosmetic surgery. But if you have lipo then continue with an unhealthy lifestyle then the fat comes back. Same thing with Yohimburn.

Chloe,

just like tanitease said, the results will last as long as you continue eating clean and working out, but that applies to any diet and/or supp :)
You can also take an ECA stack instead of the Adipo. Macro has recommeded alternating the 2 for 2 weeks:

2 weeks ECA + Yohimburn;
2 weeks Adipo + Yohimburn;
2 weeks ECA + Yohimburn... etc.

I also increased my cardio while applying the yohimburn. I felt that it helped me more in burning the released fat. My usual is 30 minutes, but on the yohimburn days I did 45 minutes. But that's just me.
Yohimburn made me retain water on the areas that I applied it to, so my routine was 2-3 days on 1-2 days off, and every 2 weeks I took 3-4 days off. That is when I noticed the bigger difference, because all the water bloat was gone.
Another added benefit I noticed was that my skin got softer :) I guess that is from the aloe vera gel.

Anyway, like I already said, it's not a magic supp, but you will see results and you won't be disappointed.

thanks guys. i am definitly going to mixing up my Adipo with an ECA stack. also, thanks for the info on the Yohimburn and taking some time off from it. i am going to try it and i guess i will let you know how its going!

I was wondering where to get adipo too...i loved that stuff, but everywhere i go it is discontinued and out of stock....so they sent me something called MBX instead...i guess it is pretty much the same thing, and NYC stack. I haven't taken it yet, but i hope it works the same. Anyone else use this stuff?
