YOHIMBINE tips and tricks- V.2

Hey macro, I know the dose depends on the sensitivity of the person's skin but I decided to try it today chest fat. Well everything was okay while I went to the gym. After taking a shower, the area around my nipples and the nipples themselves hurt. I know it's not gyno b/c I've never had this type of feeling plus I'm not on anything. It was only 40mg each side. Is that what you mean by sensitivity or is the yohimbine just working?

hey mac daddy , i have ? about using yohi while not dieting . just trying to keep those A2's from filling out again cause they are so prone to doing so ? i want to gain weight now on a very good regimen and by using yohi at the same time , will that keep those frggn prone area's from plumping back up ?

The most likely reason that your nipples hurt is because the peppermint and yohimbine both will make your nipples very erect- which means that the will be more sensitive and will also RUB more against your clothing.

Macro, forgive me for asking perhaps a question that has been asked before, but i have read your excellent yohimbine post and couldn't find the answer. If i used the product whilst dieting (thus burning the fatty acids from my stubborn fat cells), and then regained the weight, would these fat cells still be able to fill back up with the same type of fat? Would it be less likely?

In other words, if i managed to lose 10lbs whilst using it, burned off the stubborn fat, and then regained 10lbs back, would i look slightly better than before?

Your mentality is off.

Fix up your mind a little bit , ,before you spend 70 bucks on yohimbine and waste time and effort on your diet.

Yohimbine and Diet won't do shit if your mindset is "what if i gain the fat bacK, will it be better looking fat?" - that's just stupid shit to ask.

Sorry, i didn't make myself clear enough. It's a hypothetical question, i'm just trying to get a better understanding of how exactly it impacts the fat cells. But anyway, i wouldn't care if i regained the weight - i look ok right now apart from my chest.

Its illogical to assume that someone who diets down to 3 or 4% bf will not gain any of it back. You cant stay there forever. Any bodybuilder who competes will lose fat and gain fat back on a regular basis, so its a legitimate question. Since topical yohimbine is supposed to work best on that last bit of stubborn fat, it should be safe to assume that more than one person is using it to get down to seriously low body fat levels.

You should think twice about jumping down someones throat for asking a question... flaming a legitimate question just makes u look bad.

if the same conditions exist as as when the fat was first accumulated- excess calories and estrogen- then yes-

if not then it will be less likely.

I will post some tips on how to minimize returns of Estrogenic fat
later today.
