YOHIMBINE tips and tricks- V.2

I ordered Yohimburn™ two days ago for a two day rush and it's four days later and still no Yohimburn™. I have ordered from Anobolic Fitness.com in the passed and had no problems but this time I'm worried. Could some one help me? Maybe Macro could check my order?
 
Note/Reminder:
although yohimbine can be taken every day- to avoid systemic build up (the 11-oh metabolite of yohimbine has a 6hr half life) it is important for most to use a 3-5day on 1-2 day off pattern. This pattern will also help with water retention. For some increasing pottasium will help with water retention as well- though oddly in others the addition of pottasium will INCREASE water retention- though for most it will decrease water.

water retention questions are the ones that I get most frequently.

1. water retention occurs in most(though with leaner people it is less)

2. water retention can last as little as 1-2 days or a long as 2 weeks (though the latter is with heavy extended use)

3. cardio helps A LOT with water retention, though make sure to keep pottasium intake up.

4. menthol containin product may help with water retention, some people have gotten good results with the addition of capsicum (cayenne extract)

due to the nature of the ingredients- which were compiled for maximum benefit with minimum adverse effect
(the omission of isopropyl alcohol which would have allowed gelling but is however also VERY systemically toxic----- especially with good carriers and penetration enhancers).

what does all this mean?
