Yohimbe - Does It Only Work If...

i was wondering if you could take yohimbe to prevent fat storage and increase lypolysis in the hip/thigh aerea while on a mildly submaintenance diet, or if it only works if you are on a very low carb diet or take it on an empty stomach?

your diet is far more important than yohimbine-you should not need yohimbine if you eat properly
