whats it like in australia?
whats the cost of living like?

im applying for a job in brisbane. this is crazy. our families would freak out on me and my wife but she said do it.



would anyone else do this? i mean you only live once right.

yea and mainly cost of living compared to here. and ofcourse the families freaking out on us but they'd get over it. i would actually be a little nervous, sounds exciting but i'd be giving up a lot here. and im not sure if i could live there permanently, then i'd have to come back at some point and start over again.......but you only live once right.

Generally speaking where the cost of living is higher so is the money going into your pocket. Main thing I'd be concerned with is adapting to Austrailian culture. I'd say go there for a few weeks and see how fast you think you'll adapt to that lifestyle.

A buddy of mine recently decided to go to school in Italy so he went through the same deal... adapting from picket fence suburbia to Rome, an ancient metropolis...... well, the kid loves it there.

yea thats my problem, if you call that a problem, i like change. i get bored with the same ol shit.
 
Spent a year traveling around Oz. It's a great place, somewhere I'd like to live and work permanently.
