Ideally you will go just before your next injection. Test C has an 8 day half-life and you are injecting every 7 days. I would go on Day 7, before you inject later that day. My guess is your number will come back around 450-550ng/dL. Maybe less.

Your doc will probably think that's great. And it's really about how you feel...but the top of the range (depending upon the range the lab uses) will be anywhere from around 827 to 1197. I'd rather be in the upper part of whatever range your doc's lab uses. If that is 827, then 450 might be "in range" but 800 sure would be better.

my endo goes by serum total T levels. Just adjust what I said then for the Free T. Avoid taking AI's for a bit around blood draw or nettle extract or anything that might lower SHBG.
