In my particular case:
EVERY 2 hour (that comes to about 8 meals)
20g of ALPB
20g of Met-RX CarbFX protein
20.5g Protein
11.3g Fat
5.4g Carbs (of which 1.4g fiber)
200cals
On workout days I would drink post workout a Pure Protein drink
which contains 47g of Whey Isolate (about 190 cals) instead
of the PB usual meal.
1-2 hours after the post workout protein only drink,
I would eat my usual PB meal or I may replace it
with a Pancake I make soley of Whey protein, Cinammon and
Egg whites, (NO carbs), I coat it with about 15g of Peanut butter
and may add a bit of non-fat, no-sugar icecream(about 30cals)
This keeps me sane and has almost the same nutritional value
as the PB meal.
