Been out of the game for about 6-8months and now back on a good diet. I have been taking approx 3-4 protein shakes a day for almost 2 weeks. I remember before when first starting up the protein the horrible gas, but it isn't going away and i almost clear everyone out of the office every five minutes. Abnormal? Is it possible that it's because i've added a large salad to 2-3 of my meals? thoughts............???????
