Guess I'm getting older. Problems right now with knees, shoulders and elbow.

I take lots of creatine, protein, vitamins, and MSM with Glucosamine.

Other ideas?

it sounds like tendinitis...
I got it in my knees and forearm... FUCK!!

I went to a doc yesterday... he told me to put ice there and decrease my workout intensity for a while...

I'd be curious to know what kind of form/cadence you've used over the years. Usually, it seems to me the people that run into these problems have been using loose form and explosive movements--something I myself have been guilty of from time to time. Just wondering.

I added lots of devil's claw for it's anti-inflamitory capabilities into my supplement routine and it seemed to help quite a bit.

Been lifting off and on for years with no problems until this year. Got serious in April. Done two cycles. Do 3-5 sets of 5-6 reps. I like to use as much weight as I can on the last set so I suppose there is a need to "expode" it up. All free weights. My form is good though I've been known to shake on the last set.

I don't believe it is tendonitis. It is in the joint from the sheer pressure of lifting heavy.
