higher-faster-sports.com...or something like that. Kelly Baggett's website.
I've became obsessed with athletic training and I've been scouring around trying to get my hands on as much explosive/athletic specific training information as I can.
I remembered Baggetts site and looked it up. Read some articles and found out he had written a 150 page book about explosiveness training. So I ordered the e-book pretty quick.
Read it in about 6 hours and it was worth the money.
Afterwards, I noticed it came with two other little books.
One was titled "Body Composition Basics."
BCB was BY FAR the best read on diet and eating I have ever had in my life. Everything that I knew was strung together perfectly in that book and so much more.
When to eat, waht to eat, why you eat it, what can't you eat. EVERYTHING. I had been looking for a dietary equivalent to the book starting strength by Mark Rippitoe and I finally found it.
In short; If you care about your body, find a way to get this book. I noticed he doesn't sell it directly on his site, but it came with the vertical jump book or whatever it's called.
Just a tip =P
