I can't wait for this year to end! I seriously have never had so many issues and injuries in the gym in my life! I blew out my back in January doing deadlifts, which took a good 8 months and about 10 Orthopedic visits to heal up to about 75%. I decided to break my foot and 2 toes in July, which kept me from doing cardio for 3 months. I then figured I would sprain my shoulder in October. I'm finally back to doing cardio again and of course, I go ahead and re-break my toe last night. Seriously, if it's not one thing, it's another! I'm 15 lbs heavier than normal (from 190 to 205 lbs) and it's just continuing to go downhill! 2011 can't get here fast enough! Sorry, had to vent. haha
