Worst thing yuo've eaten in the name of lifting.

Mine was not so much the food itself as the length of time I had to eat it...getting ready for a show - had to eat Codfish & Asparagus for 3 weeks straight, every meal...then the last week - beef & grapefruit every meal. My damn stomach burned so bad from the beef/grapefruit combo. I was doubled over.

I'm sure now I was literally burning out my insides from all the acid. Funny as shit the things we'll do isn't it?

Orange roughy and asparagus for 2 weeks before a show. :sick: in more ways than I care to remember....

Another was boiled chicken breast & flax oil.

YeeeeeHaaw!!! We Gots Us A City Slicker!! Bull nuts are called prarie oysters, lots of people eat them, maybe not specifically for testosterone. The worst thing I have created in the name of nutrition, I am disapointed and mildly disgusted that some one else has already posted: Fishmilkshake I think I used salmon I don't remember anymore. I slid down that learning curve to the front of the class with that one, Never again will I attempt that.

That night time protein powder is some pretty bad shit. I dreaded puting that shit down everynight. (nitro tech nightime), I figured it was ok to buy a muscle tech product once a month. Boy was i wrong.
 
Bout 10 months before i did any type of excercizing i ate...at Chesters Hamburgers (local place)

They only serve hamburgers with 1/3lb angus beef

I had a quad, with 3 cheese, one medium order fries.
3 large drinks, That was one FUCking thick burger...
heh it cost almost 20$ too lol..
I ate it all, my bro made the hamburger (he's been working there for nearly 5 years now) him and his friend said i was gonna die of a meat OD.. But i gobbled that burger up lol
 
I had just finished working out and bought some Salmon to grill. On my way home I got called to do something that would take me about 3 hours so I went to a convience store and microwaved the Salmon and put mustard on it...

a raw dirty potato i kept in my pocket. also a can of tuna mixed with ketchup and asparagus in the middle of class. it was all over my face and shit and all these people were lookin at me all weird.
 
tuna out of the can is pretty tuff..i bought some brown rice crisps the other day, well i now know what burned old cardboard tastes like. i have to slather them with NPB just to choke them down..
