Workout.

Whats your guys workout routine look like? Now with school,work and all the other bullshit I put up with I only workout 3 days a week.

Monday: Bicep, Chest, Abs
Wednesday: Legs, Back, Rear Delts
Friday: Shoulder, Tri, Abs

I'm usually in the gym for around one hour to one hour and a half. On wednesdays I sometimes stay for two hours because of legs.

How many of you guys do one bodypart a week and get good results?
 
pre gear i used to hit bodyparts once a week and had great results....but i used to hit them all on different days i think it would be hard to go and do a killer back workout after killing legs........
 
Why don't you use a typical push/pull routine?

For me I work back/bis together my bis take a while to recover so once per week is enuf!

I would not do back on wednsday if I did biceps on monday. Might get better results changing friday and monday with eachother
