scaption will hit the meat and potatoes of the delts. basically its a delt raise off to a 45 deg angle to the front, thumbs to the ceiling. rotate the shoulders internally (pour out water) if you want but realize that if you are going too heavy your traps will be the stronger muscle and will take the brunt of the load. plus people have a tendency to jut their chin forward thus breaking posture and also they dip down to get the last bit of the movement, rendering it ineffective for an isometric contraction at the top.

I see this ALL the time, even catch myself doing it on occasion. It's a very easy mistake to make, especially on that last rep.
