[FONT="]So I had fractured my foot a month ago but military docs suck and I was just treated for it Wednesday and now I’m in a boot. They said I made it worse because I was still running on it and walking around and working out legs and shit (I didn’t know it was fractured because the pain went away after the 1st week 1/2) but it’s fractured in 3 different spots.[/FONT]

[FONT="]i can train all the upper body i Want they said just no legs. Is there something I can do cardio wise with a fractured foot to keep going with this cut? I’ve been doing 1 hour of weights then 20-30 minutes of stair master everyday and I’ve been getting very very lean in short time. Is there something I can do to replace stair master or treadmill?[/FONT]
