Is there any difference between working out in the mornings or the evenings? right now my work schedule is typically 9 to 5 every day oh, so if I really push myself I can get in to workout before work, or going after work. The problem is my gym gets really packed in the evening when I get off, while in the morning there really isn't that many people. What time of the day do you workout and is there any advantage to one or the other
Mornings preferably early and fasted are best imho.
