Work on slow twitch fibers?

I just recently started benching again and my muscles seem to fatigue very quickly, mostly just after the 2nd set, so should I work on my slow twitch muscle fibres or just continue working the way I do?
 
Well what are you doing now? I'm sure your fine if haven't been doing it is gonna be much tougher

Your just not conditioned to bench yet. In a few weeks ur body will improve.

How is your form? Shoulder blades back and flat, will use your chest more. Some slow chest developers are because they are using more arms and shoulders.
(ask me how I know...cause that was me)
