Most probably it is just another product that has a name similar to a steroid name, which is claimed to work just as well. However, these are usually either prohormones, or just some natural testosterone boosters, which will definitely not give results even close to those seen with steroids.
In any case, those are shady people, so better avoid them, and use reputable sources that at least sell what they claim to be selling.

it is a pure scam designed to rope in newbs. the ingredients in it are just weak test boosters.

If this was true then no athletes would be getting busted. They would just use these "legal" steroids. Complete scam. They make their product names sound like steroid names to attract younger and naïve fitness guys.
