I know about muscle memory, and that it makes gaining back your past physique much easier. What I am wondering about, is if whey protein could make this even easier, or it will not make a difference?
If your diet is on point, it will make no difference. Remember, you do get protein from the foods you eat, and whey protein is just a supplement that is meant to fill in the gaps in your diet – no more, no less. So use it accordingly.
