Will Jennifer Wilbanks be charged with a crime?

The payout date.....

:p
lol thats not what it means, george set a cut off date for betting at that time, so it means a payout date sometime after the cutoff date, thats how every bet is listed in here
sorearms has a thread about the dodgers winning their division with a payout date after july 10, how can he pay that off on that date when the season doesnt end until sept? its because he had to set a cutoff date for no more betting, thats all it means

she better not have to pay i bet 100 k on this

That's crazy.

A bet about winning the division obviously means the bet does not end until late September...when the season is over. There was no need to imply an ending date because winning or losing the division can not be decided until the end of season.

George left almost two weeks on his bet and never stated the bet would be dragged out past the pay date....

Under Georgia state statutes, the State of Georgia has two years to decide whether to charge Jen Wilbanks. Does that mean this bet is valid until 2007?

Comparing the Dodgers Division bet and this one are two different scenarios.

Thank you to the Mod who settled this for me!
