i want to lose some excess bodyfat but want to save the quality muscle gains. i am currently on sus/fina/win and my diet is pretty tight--i just want to get rid of some lower stomache fat. my question is..will doing the eliptical for 15 minutes, light/mod intensity after my workout, help me lose this bodyfat? or am i just wasting my time and burning up muscle gains? I could also run in the first thing in the morning on an empty stomache, this what i have done in the past but want to try something differnent..i hate sacrificing size for cuts!!! All help would be appreciated

The elipse absolutely RAAAAAWWWKS!!!

Especially Precor's units.

I always do my cardio after workouts, as I just cant seem to get the motivation to get in there 1st thing anymore (when I'm not on a cutting cycle).

Just keep it low intensity. Most of the better units have the Age/Weight inputs where it will track your heartrate when you put your hands on the grips. Keep in the "Weight Loss" or low "Cardiovascular Workout" range on the graph, if it has one and you'll be fine.

Now... "RUNNING" 1st thing on an empty stomach, I would consider even more catabolic than what we're talkign about w/ the elipse, bro?!!
