So far all I've been doing today all day was just watching fucking TV. And thinking about how the month of April I'm going to be in court in front of a jury. And of course how I'm going to miss out on a lot of days of going to the gym. This shit is stressing me out.
Anyways, I've been overdosing on Glucosamine and Chondrotion today. Along with Advils. And I've been moving the elbow around very slowing. It's starting to feel better. But only to do normal day to day things. Not actually weight lift. I also applied Icy Hot, put a bandage on and then put on an elbow brace. Still hurts like a fucking bitch!!!!!
Looks like I'm going to be out of the gym from now all the way until the beginning of May!!!
