Since the beginning of this year things have gone wrong for me. I started my bulking cycle in December and by the middle of January, I was up to 213lbs! And then I got food poisoning and dropped down to 200lbs! It is March and just until now, I got back to 213lbs.
Now of all shits in the world, I just got tendonitis of both the elbow and the shoulder! Tendonitis of the left elbow and tendonitis of the right shoulder. Guess I'm out of the gym for a few weeks again! And this sucks! I got a competition versus Satch this July and things keep fucking me over!
This reminds me of something that happened to me in my early 20's. I had this local guy called Pacheco that trains and sets up South Miami BB competitions train me. He wanted me to be the best new comer. This man trained me hard ED! And I was looking at my all time best! Competition day was in about 2 months and I fucked it all up! I ended up breaking my hand after punching some guy in the face at my gym. Nice huh?
Well, this sucks! Once again! On top of the fact that I can only be at the gym 2-4 times a week. Sleep only 4-5 hours a day. And train at the most for 30-45 minutes. Now I get this fucking tendonitis! And not to mention that I got court coming up for just about the whole fucking month of April!!!!
