I'm focused, I go in do what I have to do and get out, no solcilizing for me.

Before you mentioned the Marines, I was going to say, with your observational tendancies...you guys would make good operators. Attention to detail son.
Anyway, my dad presses 1/2 ROM because of a fucked up rotator. He's also 65, and he's moving 275. I give him shit because I can, but in reality, how many 65 year olds can even bench 27.5 lbs. If he didn't have the shoulder injury, I have no doubt he could go full ROM with no problem.
