Yes. . . I am sure that this is ruining your training.

Might want to focus on your training instead of everyone elses.

I'm focused, I go in do what I have to do and get out, no solcilizing for me.

I am constantly aware of my surrounds, it's like a curse sometimes. Sometimes I want to teach them the way but then I realy don't give a fuck. When I'm in the gym it's all about me me me.

I don't even know why I started this silly thread, just bored I guess.

I'm like that too. If I go into a room, I will know everyone's face, their location relative to me, and exactly what they are doing. Always been like this ...

It will drive me crazy if I tried to not pay attention.

same here.

thats the Marine that lives inside me. hehe.

Before you mentioned the Marines, I was going to say, with your observational tendancies...you guys would make good operators.:) Attention to detail son.

Anyway, my dad presses 1/2 ROM because of a fucked up rotator. He's also 65, and he's moving 275. I give him shit because I can, but in reality, how many 65 year olds can even bench 27.5 lbs. If he didn't have the shoulder injury, I have no doubt he could go full ROM with no problem.

Yea, that's cool bro, but a lot of people do half presses just so they look cooler with more weight.

Agreed

Probably 98% of the 1/2 rom people have more ego than strength
