everyone has their own reasons to diet but for me, I feel so much better when i am lean, not super lean but like 8-10 %. Honestly, i have competed before and you feel like shit when you get down to 4-5%, so for me i like to stay in the 8-10 range, not ripped to shreds but in better shape than the average joe,
