I mean, I could easily do what gwl is talking about, there is an open computer a foot to my right and another one a foot to my left. Actually, I see about 100 computers in the room and only 8 of them in use. This wouldn't even be hard to do, and show a different IP for each user. However, I think Flex1 is talking about someone with the same IP posting under different names acting as different individuals to support their views.
