Anybody cycle there training throughout the year by this I mean any of the following :

change # of sets per exercise or
# of sets per bodypart

train less frequently/ or less volume at certin parts of the year

train more frequently or with more volume or more intensity

anybody peak for certain times of the year by incorporating any of these, or any other techniques. if other please list

i don't understand how that works. why not 'peak' all year?

i usually change reps/sets if i get bored or depending on how i feel on the given day

the body cannot peak all year. that's why Olympic sprinters aren't constantly running sub 9.9 times. they train in 'waves' as do most athletes, except bodybuilders.

There are such things meso or macro cycles that certain athletes do.. sure, I switch up my workouts every so often... Probably every few weeks... I know that people don't do it as frequently as I do, but I feel the body adjusts much quicker than science will let on.

Yes, I do train in cycles like this, but I train throughout the entire year....

oh, i thought you meant half-assing it 2/3 of the year. some guys are good enough in their given sport to get away with it
