Anybody ccle there training throughout the year by this I mean any of the following :
change # of sets per exercise or
# of sets per bodypart
train less frequently/ or less volume at certin parts of the year
train more frequently or with more volume or more intensity
anybody peak for certain times of the year by incorporating any of these, or any other techniques. if other please list
