Impact outweighs quantity.

Some Members simply beg to be banned or given a Time Out. I would have no compunction in taking this action and/or supporting a Mod who did.

This action must be taken quickly. Stupidity, rudeness, assault and discrimination must be dealt with immediately or it will infect others.

Others who push the limits, but do it with wit, humor and maybe even charm have to be given a lot of latitude. They keep the conversations interesting. It is a thin line, but a Mod should be able to see the difference.

The toughest I've seen are digger and brr of course.
