1lb ground round
1lb ground turkey
12 eggs.
quater to half a gallon of milk
4 scoops of protein.
3 apples
3 bagels
2 potatoes
2-4 packets of oatmeal.
so im bulking but its clean........ then i like to visit buffets on the weekend.
