The only thing i play with when i feel weaker or flatter is the carb intake and Fat intake, i increase or decrease one table spoon at a time. This is how it works for me, i jumped off the very high portein bandwagon a long time ago, continued to make great gains just like before and realised the brilliant marketing behind selling protein powders.
