>> I agree and disagree , My diet has always been 6 meals , 3 shakes , 3 real foods ... I have always got most of protein intake from shakes .. and It does work for me ...
However I will try your aproach soon as I have read that real food is really the way to go ...I will limit my shakes to 2 times a day on my next cycle ...
