3V Try riding your bike after your leg workout,
go at a slow steady pace for 10 or 15 minutes,
I do that, and my legs stay fairly fresh.

I always wondered what happened when
you peddle real hard. Now I know.
Did my 2 1/2 mile run through the park,
including one tumble from stepping in a hole
when I was distracted.
I'm sure she was impressed though, I had great
form on my fall.
