Do any of guys do opps body parts like
Chest & back
Bi's & Tri's

Im trying this as my new routine and getting decent results has anyone out there constantly use this method or is this more like a shocking method

thanks

I've done the Chest/Back workouts before... I read a German Strength training manuel once... doing bench press, and then moving right to bent over rows... then back to bench... then rows. You'd have to stay with the heavier movements and not do cable crosses and bullshit like that.

It's supposed to get you through you workout as well as increase your strength... because the muscles you use for each are.. well.. opposite.

I like to do one whole muscle group at a time... so I usually will hit my MAJOR muscle groups toward the beginning of the week... Back/Legs/Chest.

What im currently doing is my whole chest workout followed directly by my back workout I leave spent but im wondering for how long i should keep this up i normally change every 4weeks but do you think this is more like a shock thing or what ?

Toastracing,

Another possibility would be to train these muscle groups together:

Day 1 - Chest and Arms

Day 2 - Legs, and Abs

Day 3 - Back and Delts

If you start getting tired training the large muscle groups together, try training one large muscle group and one small muscle group in a training session. Sometimes training multiple large muscle groups together can be a draining experience.
