on a ketosis diet at the moment. diet is bang on right now. or so I think...

average day (tracking with Fitday)
aprox 2500-3000 cals
cals by %:
50% fat (fish oils, ANPB, some red meat, cheese)
6% carb (mostly fiberous..oats, broc, beans)
44% protein (whey, chicken, eggs, sashimi)

I weight train 4-5x a week for an instense hour and HIIT for 30 mins on my eliptical 3-4x a week.

lost around 10lbs the first month and 1.5" off my waist. cant say I look alot different in my progression pix, but my clothes fit looser (in my waist anyways)

hows that sound/look?

I take everything in addition to a multi. A,E,C,D B-complex, Calcium,Magnesium,Zinc.

CKD dieters should take in some extra B-Vitamins and D as well. The other vitamins listed couldn't hurt either and in many ways may be beneficial.

Vitamin C is always one extra that I feel is important for an athlete due to its cortisol reduction properties.

Zinc is another due to its importance in maintaining healthy LH function.
