How the hell do you guys lift so much? I lift the following:
Deadlift: 90lb (never tried any more)
Squat: 100lb (never tried any more)
Bench: 60lb (this is poor, i am really weak at bench) [can't lift anymore]
p.s. I am an Ectomorph at 140lb, 16% BF and 3 months lifting experience.
