Right now I have a full set of bands in my gym. The meds and light belong to a buddy of mine who trains in my gym and he is taking them this summer when he leaves for his internship. I am in need for some more.
Trying to decide which ones to buy...which ones I need etc...
Last week I did 8 sets of 2 with 275, heavies, and mediums. Speed was great. I was actually thinking about getting another set of blues. The force from the circa maxima phase seems to really carry over a lot to my strongman training. I am giving serious thought to sticking with lighter weights and increasing band tension.
If you were me...and you had the heavies and mini's...would you get another set of heavies and a set of meds...or what?
