Shoooooooooooooot. Heard you guys (including you, Nate) talk about how great WTBM protein is...I've always stayed loyal to my MuscleTech NitroTech Hardcore...uuuntil now. Ordered some Cinnamon Bun WTBM last week, got it in on Tuesday, today is my first day to try it. Had to run errands my whole lunch break today, only had time to run home and grab something quick, decided to whip up a scoop and a half of WTBM, put it in an empty water bottle and headed out the door. LITERALLY tastes like I threw some cinnamon rolls into a blender (ICING INCLUDED)....daaaaang. Definitely satisfying my sweet tooth :) and did I read it correctly, it's virtually carb-free? daaaaang. Not sure about the other flavors, as I haven't tried them yet, but I can tell this bag of Cinnamon Bun is definitely going to go QUICK.

Indeed! It's always good to look forward to your protein shakes :) Bout to down one before my morning workout. What other flavors do you guys like?
 
Woop woop! Yeah I do the WTBM before my workouts (usually only when i lift) and afterwards i down my p90x results and recovery formula :) it's the bomb.com
 
So, back when I was all about my Vanilla NitroTech by MuscleTech, I'd often put a scoop into my oatmeal...it'd be pretty decent....well, I've been planning on giving the Cinnamon Bun a try in my oatmeal, which is what I'm doing as we speak...and YUMM-O! I slept in today, so this is my breakfast lol...I worked out double yesterday, decided to give my body a little more rest and turn off the alarm this morning, was well worth it. But anyway...I put 2 packets of original/no flavor oatmeal with water, and after it was done cooking I put a scoop and a half of WTBM Cinnamon Bun in there...and WOW. It's tough putting the spoon down to type this!! Definitely gonna be doing this often. :)

What do you guys think is the best time to eat this though, mornings probably huh? I've always loved oatmeal, I've gone through phases where I literally am only in the mood for oatmeal when it comes time to eat, but I've heard different opinions on when the best time to eat them is...

I popped 3 Need2Slin before eating this too, cause I know Oatmeal is another word for Carbs...

But yeah let me know what you guys think on this! Hope you guys have had a great weekend, and I'm tellin ya, give this oatmeal blend a try! You won't be disappointed!!

The espresso flavor is pretty yum. I like all of the flavors as they are all easy on the stomach as well as taste..But espresso is by far my absolute fav.

right there with ya on that one, and the espresso and chocolate mixed together is a mocha heaven!!

i love adding many of the other flavors to my oats and protein pancakes too mmmm!!
