Whens this great feeling supposed to come?

I just finished my 4th week of sus 500mg a week and only thing i really feel is achey in my shoulders and other joints first day or 2 after shot and tired strength is alittle better but dont feel like hulk or anything using afim too 1-2 pumps a day
 
4th week and you don't feel ANY different...might be fake, although when I am on test e it's takes 3or 4weeks to kick in, although I always kickstart my cycles with a little something something
 
Usually I feel it kicking in the 3rd or 4th week. Assuming all the other components are in place (diet, rest, training) I would begin to wonder if your gear is fake or underdosed.
 
morning eggwhites maybe shredded wheat cerial no sug maybe oatmeal depends how i feel try to have protein shake after sometimes i cant due to work then lunch turkey on a wrap or somthing fat free ish like that dinner i usally eat whatever family is havin and when i can throw in priotein shake....am i eating 4000 calories prob not but i could loose lil belly flab anyway so
 
Your not getting 4,000 with that diet unless your protein shakes are weight gainers. How old are you? Whats your stats?

i am 35 been working out for off and on since 20 but steady for last 3 1/2 yrs i weight about 200 now and dont really know my bf% if i had to guess i would say 10-15% thats prolly bad guess but i bench natty 315 before i started this sus cycle. squalt less than i bench because of leg neglect :)
 
Give it another week or ten days. If your sex drive is not higher and your strength doesn't rise then you might have to take into consideration that your sust is fake or underdosed. What brand is it?

its the brazil duratest 1ml amps

i checked it in a steriod book a dood had and it matches up with the legit shit

actually this sat will be the second shot in week 4 but i havent gained 1 ounce in weight but people tell me my stomach looks thinner could the aifm be slowing gains also? or be gaining mucle and loosing fat?

Give the sust a couple more days. You should be getting something very soon.

Your diet ... sucks :)

Unless your dinner is 1000 calories, which would not be ideal anyway, that doesn't even look like you're taking in 2500 cals.

yes... your diet sucks donkey dick... hard... but you can improve on that...
it only looks like aprox. 2000 cal. to me...
 
Since when did hunger have anything to do with dieting. Look bro you need to eat more whether your hungry or not. Sust is not going to make you hungry anyway. Here is my diet. It's not perfect but it's damn site better than what you are currently doing.

Wake up 7 am
10 egg whites - 8 oz of lean turkey - Dextrose & Creatine

Work out 8 am
PWO 9am - Shake consisting of Glutamine/Whey Protein/Complex Carbs

11:30 Lunch - 8 oz Chicken/Fish/Lean Beef - Cup of green veg - Cup of Brown Rice

3 pm Snack - EAS Myopro Whey Protien Shake no carbs/fat/sugar

6 pm Dinner - 8 oz Chicken/Fish/Lean Beef - Cup of green veg - Pasta or Rice

9 pm - MHP Probolic Protein shake w/ casein and whey.


Try this diet for 2 weeks and then see if you can't add some weight.
 
Thats a hella good eating i dunno if my life i have enough time to eat like that with work and all but i`ll try somthing close to it it cant hurt..

i always thought ass makes you hungry as a mo fo bulking 1`s anyway

that def beats the count chocula i ate this morning

i couldnt resiest :)
 
Follow Abomb diet plan. I can't believe thats all you were eating on your cycle bro. Eat a good clean diet and you will see results very soon.

With that diet you would be lucky to gain a lb in 8 weeks...

A really good example of how NOT posting complete information skews people's input... how many people were suggesting they could be fakes right?

Complete info allows members to help instead of just throwing out blind opinions.

There are lots of diet posts around... also you never listed stats of any kind that i saw, that would help as well

I'm not trying to be a dick bud, but your making it too easy. You have no biz on AAS with that diet. I'm willing to bet your training sucks as well if you squat less that 315. That's a 2k/day I'd guess, which is fine if you want to add in cardio and start cutting.

I understand not having time to eat at work, but ANYONE can squeeze in some shakes. Cereal is fine in the morning , but add some eggs and meat.

breakfast: 8 eggs, sausage/bacon with cereal

shake with milk

Lunch: fast food, think 3-4 hamburgers and fries with milk, not pop

shake with milk

dinnner: as much food as you can cram down

shake with milk

This is as simple as I can get for someone in a crunch. This is maybe 6k calories if your eating a ton during the three meals. Good luck to ya.

Oh ya, the stuff will kick in any day if it's real :)

monopoly thanks and everyone else but monopoly isnt that real fatty diet you just described? i mean i by no means am a good eater and suck as far as diet but i do try to stay away from fatty foods shit i eat like that and i`ll have a chest spreader in me in no time with a quadripple bypass :) but i understand what your saying thanks guys i`ll keep ya updated and kick up the calories...

I didn't say to eat like that 24/7, but if you want to gain the weight, you have to eat the food. 90% of us can't gain weight without massive calories, and to get that many calories you have to eat some shit. Your excuse was that you don't have time, so I posted something that is easy to follow. If you want it cleaner, you'd need another 2 whole meals in there with much more prep time all the way around.

You are going to gain some fat, deal with it, it's part of the bulk. Enjoy the ice cream, eat a whole pizza. These are some of the many benefits of being on.

Just to chime in.. I am taking sus as well, 500mg/wk, injecting mon/thur.. I am now on my 4th week, and I am noticing my sex drive firing through the roof, and my workouts are starting to feel A LOT BETTER... now, My diet isnt very good, but I eat a WHOLE LOT OF FOOD, whether it be the healthiest, probably not, but I do eat a lot, well over 4k a day... Thats what I was told.. eat eat eat, even if I am not hungry, make sure you get the protein and calories...

Your on the right track bro. When you feel like puking. Eat some more. Your body will be able to use the extra calories because of the extra test in your system.

Oh yeah, when you come off and start PCT, keep on eating. Actually you'll need to up your caloric intake to keep your gains. Alot bros make the mistake of dropping calories and diet because they are off gear. Big mistake. You'll lose it faster than you got it.
