I just switched up my splits, but am unsure what day would be better to work out my side delts on. Heres my splits:
Chest/Front Delts
Back/Side + Rear Delts
Off
Legs
Arms

I'm not sure if it would be better to train my side delts with my front delts and chest, or with my rear delts and back??
