I have been Squating for years but can't seem to stick with deadlifts. When do you guys do them in your routine? Leg day or Back day? When I do legs they are sore for like 4 days. Then in between there My back is sore form back day. I cant seem to win with deads.
I do, and I'm sure the majority as well, do them on back day. Build a routine that spaces leg and back days about 3 days apart. For me, legs is Tuesday, back is Friday.
