Good advice, Radical Ice. I'm watching my quad measurement the most right now, and I measure my quad each time and take the skinfold reading at a specific measurement.
Rez - I know you're doing a cyclical diet as well, so I recommend doing it the morning of your carb load, right after you get up and before you eat or drink. This way, you're at your lowest water retention point. If you're using the scale, this is the only time I'd weigh as well.
