and every 2-3 hours after. after a good workout i come out the gym at about 6:30 my stomach is growling.. remember not to eat till ur full just eat in portions the size of your fist.. just becuz you dont feel full and bloated doesnt mean your body isnt being satisfied and getting the nutrients it needs
