the order you do the exercise in (instead of 2 bb curls, 2 rows 2 chins you do them in a differen order for example)

the muscles you aim to hit (i.e from back and bi's to bi's and tris etc)

the types of exercises you do (i.e. 'core' compund exercises like dips, squat etc and then other on top of them)

?

any replies appreciated :)

i usually change up every 6-8 weeks, i will change exercises and order of exercises, though for each bodypart i usually have a staple compound movement that i keep and for this i usually change the rep scheme up around every 6-8 weeks also, for movements after depending on what they are i like the 4-8 range for me, and last exercise usually around 10 reps.

When I change up, I change the excercises moreso than the order. I'll always do the compound stuff first, followed by the isolation. But I'll mix up the order on the compound, then do a different order on the isolation...if that makes sense. So yeah, if I understand your question correctly, always do compound followed by isolation, but vary the orders of each.

i change the order of the exercises every few weeks, i change the exercises themselves every 6-8 weeks, although sometimes i will reduce the number of sets on my routine and stick an extra exercise in or something. I totally change days, and routines every 12-14 weeks

I change up my events every week...different weights, distances, different ways of training them.
