wassup?
This is my first real post, just thought i'd introduce myself, i'm gsxr600, long time lurker first time poster.
I've been training for about 5 years but have been fairly active my whole life. recently started getting intrested in BB. Due to a recent neck injury I'm taking time off from my regular regimen (for kickboxing) and going into a mass building phase.
I'm currently on a 6 on 1 off schedule.
back, bicepts, and shoulders
followed by
a day of legs,
and then,
chest and tri's
Then back to day 1 and so forth.

I'm currently on a high protein diet, I'll do something like low carbs for 6 days then carb up really big for 1 day, normally my recovering day (today).

I look forward to chatting with yall, because this is a really intelligent board, and the atmosphere is mostly positive, (havent checked out the anabolic forum yet though ;) ) compared to other boards out there.
Anyways just saying whattup.

Welcome to the board. I am new here myself. That 6 on 1 off is hardcore. I dont have nearly enough energy for that.

Damn dude. 6 on, 1 off? I would not be able to function if I did that to myself.

Especially since you're interested in bodybuilding. Your body needs time to rest, so it can grow. I wouldnt keep the carb intake low, and then jack it up for one day. Eat big all the time. It's the only way you will add muscle to your body. Remember to sleep lost and lift hard. Good luck.
 
For some reason my body can handle it, I havent had any symptoms of overtraining. After i'm out of the gym I'm ready to go again in an hour...I'm kinda weird like that i guess.
