What's your favorite Christmas baking??

Hello dollies or silver bells. I like to bake things you can give away as gifts or serve on a tray so no pies or cobblers. I like to make candy during the holidays too.

This is what I'm thinking of doing. Making up some trays for coworkers and friends and family too. Thanks for the suggestions!
